Quality Control Manager needed for establish fabrication faciity.

Responsibilities are to manage all NDT and Quality aspects of ASME Code Pressure Vessel fabrication.

Will be responsible for set up and management of in-house radiography, visual and liquid penetrant inspections as required by customer and ASME Code specifications. Will also assume all duties regarding Radiation Safety Officer and NRC requirements.

Will complete all necessary visual inspections for proper fit up and assembly of all pressure vessels. Review and discuss all projects with the Approved Inspector and determine proper hold points for each project.

Train and certify all welding and radiographic personnel to standard. Work with Manufacturing Department to continually improve fabrication process.

Level III in Radiography and Liquid Penetrant (ASNT Certification preferred)

Radiation Safety Officer

Certified Welding Inspector

Supervisory experience and knowledge of ASME Code Sections I, IV, VIII & IX

Understanding of various manufacturing processes. Ability to manage multiple projects at once
