We are currently seeking Field Service and Mill Service Representatives - Tubular Inspection Level I & II NDT for our Houston and Baytown, TX locations.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Service Rep: Evaluate sold TMK IPSCO tubular products in response to a customer claim, visit customer rig sites, yards, inspection companies, etc. as needed to successfully resolve customer concerns, examine threads, protectors, stencil and pipe body for damage or deterioration. Assist with providing accurate inventory counts at all stock locations.
Mill Service Rep: Evaluate unsold TMK IPSCO products in inventory at stock locations
Maintain accurate reporting of all activities, complaints and inventory evaluation, examine threads, protectors, stencil and pipe body for damage or deterioration. Assist with providing accurate inventory counts at all stock locations.

Skills:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Requires a college degree or at least 5 years of relevant industry experience; oilfield and/or pipe mill production/QA experience is desirable, equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
• Certification to ASNT TC-1a Level 1 or Level II in Ultrasonics and competency in inspection of API threads required; certification to Level II or higher in NDT methods is a plus
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with heat treating, upsetting, premium connections, and electro-magnetic and magnetic particle inspection methods for pipe and tube are highly preferred
