Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. You will be expected to perform Remote Visual Inspections in the field for a variety of clients including but not limited to Refineries, Utilities, Chemical Plants, Wind and other testing companies.

2. You will be expected to work in many different environments including potentially dangerous and strenuous situations such as working at heights and in confined spaces.

3. The position requires 50% - 80% travel in "on-call" situations to support Client Inspection Technologies service commitment to its customers of 24 x 7 same or next day service, 365 days a year. You will be required to participate in an "on-call" schedule on weekends and holidays and travel will occasionally include extended periods away from home of approximately 3-8 week assignments.

4. You must be able to meet the requirements of VT Level II certification within one year from start of employment.

5. You will be expected to follow all IT and ISR specific policies and procedures.

6. You will be expected to become proficient with and to assist as required in the IT equipment rental program. This includes the ability to take orders, process equipment out and receive equipment from customers.

7. You must satisfactorily complete various safety training courses including but not limited to Hazard Communication, Confined Space, Respiratory Protection, Fall Protection, Lockout / Tag-out, CPR, and First Aid. You will be expected to always work safely and never put yourself or anyone else in a dangerous situation

FIELD SERVICE ASSOCIATE AND FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN:

Works with Field Service Mentor until qualified. Works independent of supervision; Technical decisions concerning field readiness and execution under advice of Mentor until qualified. Technical decisions concerning field readiness and execution; Prepare IS Reports for review by FST or above. One on one Training under guidance of mentor for period of 3 months. Assist with special and large project development

Skills:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or GED 1-5 years with experience as a Field Service Technician or equivalent experience
- Good mechanical knowledge and/or aptitude needed
- Solid computer skills with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate Degree and/or military, trade school, or equivalent experience

2. You will be expected to become qualified as a radiation worker and work in radiation areas at nuclear power facilities.
3. Must be able to lift and work with objects weighing at least 70 pounds.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Position requires a valid motor vehicle license and good driving record.
2. Person must be able to acquire and maintain an unescorted assess to nuclear power facilities.
3. Person must be willing to travel for periods up to several weeks with short periods of notice. Note: Long duration travel is not frequent. The typical travel duration is a couple of days to a week's duration.
