General Purpose
Ensure DCPM equipment operates in a safe and efficient manner and is in compliance with Industry Codes, Company Standards, and Jurisdictional Laws.

Essential Functions
1. Performs inspections on vessels, boilers, piping, tanks and other equipment using a variety of non-destructive testing methods.
2. Maintains inspection documentation database (Ultra- Pipe)
3. Coordinates annual plant and field inspections of pressure vessels, piping, tanks, fired equipment and boilers. Evaluates the condition of equipment and provides recommendations regarding the integrity and continued service of this equipment as well as any required repairs.
4. Work with operations supervisors and engineering to help ensure that all piping and vessel repair work and new installations is done in accordance with regulatory, industry, and DCPM codes and standards.
5. Evaluate Welding Procedures for the intended application
6. Assist with welder testing / qualification of DCPM and contract welders.
7. This position provides services primarily to operations and engineering personnel within the division.
8. This position will provide supervision to third party inspection agencies


Basic Qualifications:
1. API Certifications for 510 and 570, and NDE Level II Certifications for MT, PT, UT, VT, and RT.
2. Associate’s or bachelor’s technology degree
3. Minimum of five years experience regarding pressure vessels and piping: design, construction, repair, inspection, operation

Specific Qualifications:
This position will require frequent travel throughout the assets and work in a variety of environments including all types of weather conditions and confined spaces. The work is a multiple levels above and below ground level

Desired Qualifications:
1. Strong PC skills including Word and Excel
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
