We are seeking multiple (3-4) QA inspectors to fill positions performing quality assurance testing and inspection of pontoon construction at the SR 520 pontoon casting basin in Aberdeen, in Tacoma building supplemental pontoons, and at Lake Washington at either Kenmore or Medina. Duties include verification that materials have been approved for use in construction, concrete and rebar inspection and testing, aggregate sampling, post tensioned multi-strand walls and slabs, electrical isolation and continuity, and documenting non conformances.
QA inspection technicians shall inspect, verify materials, and document all construction activities for compliance to the contract. AWS CWI certification is preferred, although not necessarily required for all positions. NDT weld inspection skills are preferred as well.
