Position:
The inspector will need to perform visual and dimensional inspections and verify conformance to the drawings. The inspector will need to witness the hydrotest on the tanks in Texas on 5/15.
Field Erected Fiberglass Tanks. The inspector would be expected to perform a visual observation of components, random dimensions, drawing notes, observe appurtenances and hardware, audit package and shipping plans, and generate a report with photos. As mentioned the tank will be erected in the filed at a later date. So, we understand that ascertaining absolute attributes will be arduous.
This order is for components of a field erected fiberglass tank. A CWI or API 650 experience is not required. Inspector with experience in fiberglass preferred.
