Located in northern CA, this manufacturing facility is looking for a strong hands on Operations Manager familiar with Swiss CNC machines. Responsibilities will include production scheduling, training of employees, process improvements, capital equipment projects, etc. Qualifications for this position include at least 5 years experience managing a department, along with hands on experience doing set ups, tooling, machine layouts, and troubleshooting in a high volume machining environment.
