Swiss CNC Machinist – set up, program, edit, troubleshoot
A growing, stable, 45 plus year old manufacturer of close tolerance aerospace and medical device components is growing and expanding. This plant is in a great area to raise a family. Our client offers a relocation package to assist in moving to their location. They have new technology, increased sales and developed many new sales accounts. Our client produces medical devices, implants, surgical instruments, aerospace parts and jet engine components.
We are searching for a highly skilled Swiss Lathe Machinists who can advance to a future leadership role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to advance to a lead-man position. Knowledge of setting up, editing and troubleshooting Star, Citizen and/or Tornos Deco swiss CNC lathes / screw machines is needed. CNC Programming is a huge plus. Interested candidates will need good shop math, troubleshooting, debugging, set up and editing skills. This is a first shift position. Candidates that can train others, help associates debug machine set ups and edit CNC programs are preferred.
MUST HAVE: 5 plus years of swiss CNC lathe, set up, CNC programming and/or editing is a huge plus. Past experience on either Tornos Deco, Star or Citizen swiss type lathes / screw machines is needed.
