The Operation Manager’s for NVI’s Corpus Christi, TX business unit will consist of many job duties. The Corpus division handles NVI's activities for all of South Texas’s Eagle Ford Shale area. NVI, LLC is actively searching for a division manager in South Texas, and the job duties will require:

a. Being efficient with Microsoft Excel and Word is needed as much tracking and development of tracking procedures will be utilized. Also the successful applicant will be required to produce formal reports on corporate and divisional activities.

b. Having the ability to responsibly collect all data regarding job tickets, safety, equipment, sales and recruitment information.

c. Assisting with radiation safety. This will include coordinating with the corporate Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and dealing with data collection for the corporate RSO. At some point you will be requested to attend a formal RSO school and become a licensed RSO.

d. Handling logistical duties for the Corpus Christi, TX business unit. Functions like making crew tracking logs, in excel, of the crews working around the area, dispatching crews, and coordinating supplies that our employees will need to complete their jobs.

e. Assisting the general safety officer in data collection such as ensuring Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) and Radiation Survey Sheets are collected and sent to the corporate office in a timely manner.

f. Managing 20+ field personnel and having the ability to recruitment and develop more employees.

g. Attending quarterly management review meetings at the corporate office in Gray, LA.

h. Attending NVI sponsored continuing education. These courses range from Employee Motivation, Communication Skills to Radiographic Inspection technique classes.

i. Learning the business of NVI, LLC which includes all phases of Nondestructive Testing and Visual Inspection Services.

Qualifications for this position shall include 5+ years of experience in the NDE inspection services and hold or have held Level II certifications with extensive knowledge in industrial radiography, very accustomed to API 1104, AWS and ASME codes, proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, and have experience in a management position.
