Overview:

We currently are in search of a Project Coordinator for our Milwaukie (Portland), OR facility. This position has a key role within the Project Management function in the North West Region. This position is specifically responsible for supporting the Project Management Team and will be reporting to the division manager.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• This position requires 15% to 25% travel primarily in the spring and fall.

• Takes guidance and daily direction from the Project Management Team for duties as assigned.

• Maintain ongoing visibility to the project(s) planning process, recommending and making adjustments as needed for improved efficiency.

• Coordinate necessary aspects of project(s) staffing, communications and logistics including mobilization\demobilization of required personnel and equipment.

• Provide on-site project support including time keeping and budget control; project duration is typically one to four weeks.

• Work with accounts receivable to support timely project invoicing.

Qualifications:

• Expert in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Experience in financial budgeting and reporting is preferred.

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, works proactively.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Must be able to multi-task, manage time constraints and make deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
