The position will assume responsibility for all of operations; scheduling; managing of employees; customer services for clients; budgeting and quoting; quality and safety compliance for the Everett, WA location. This position will directly report to the Regional Manager – North West Region.

Responsibilities:

• Works with the employees and clients to ensure all NDT activities are scheduled to meet the client’s requirements.

• Jobs/line ups for Inspectors and Technicians.

• Perform radiation safety audits.

• Schedule recertification, technical training, safety training and drug testing for Acuren on-site staff.

• Conduct weekly safety meetings and manage safety SOPS.

• Ensure time sheets and billing tickets are submitted on a daily and monthly basis.

• Identifies and reports to the local operations group any new NDT service opportunities and/or new technologies that can be used by the clients.

• Assist in performance evaluations.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in managerial role, preferably in NDE Industry or other heavy industrial environment.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent managerial NDT experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge of business management.

• Able to contribute effectively to team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills.

• General financial knowledge with AR, AP and etc.
