CP Tech is located in the city of St-Laurent near all the major highways surrounding Montreal and minutes away from the Dorval airport. In a 55,000 square foot facility, it is one of the largest surface treatment plants in Canada. Leader in metal finishing and testing, CP Tech offers a complete range of surface treatments including anodizing, plating, painting, non-destructive testing, shot peening and special organic or inorganic treatments. CP Tech works primarily in the aerospace market.
Responsabilities
Perform control activity of inspection material performance; Regularly calibrate the instruments; Develop inspection technics; Install and calibrate the material used for non destructive testing; Perform the testing in order to maintain quality or detect discontinuities or defects,with the appropriate tools, penetreting fluid, magnetic particles and other non destructive testing methods; Ensure strict compliance to customer technical criterias; Apply testing criterias as per specification or actual standard and evaluate the results; Ensure, if required, the training and coaching of trainee; Maintain a clean and safe work area. The training and coaching are provided.
