Creative Human Resources Concepts, LLC (CHRC) is currently recruiting for
positions in the following states: Currently Texas; Future Locations: NY,
Pennsylvania, California, Oregon, Arizona; Aerospace & Power Industries.
NAS 410 RT II certified professional to work within the Aerospace/Power
Industry. Duties include, but are not limited to the following activities:
performing system checks, maintaining reports, evaluating radiographs,
identifying and interpreting data collected against standards criteria. Operator
must be able to effectively communicate all findings.
Skills:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all required system checks. i.e. viewer checks, densitometer
checks, verify equipment calibrations, x-ray system warm-up and processor
checks as needed.
Maintain related charts, records, reports and sketches
Assist level Is in the event that sensitivity, density or positional issues
arise.
Verify Test Shots for production runs.
Evaluate radiographs to identify and evaluate casting discontinuities in
investment cast parts.
Review travelers/routers to ensure that castings have been properly
processed and signed off through all prior operations.
Verify and ensure serial traceability throughout the process.
Identify and interpret to applicable acceptance criteria surface
indications seen during film review.
Identify and interpret to applicable acceptance criteria and radiographic
reference plates subsurface discontinuities i.e. Shrink, ceramic inclusions,
gas porosity and segregation.
Review grade zone drawings as well as machine stock allowances to
arrive at accept/reject decisions.
Perform mathematical calculations form detail drawings and blueprints
to determine manufacturing acceptability of part i.e. Machine stock
allowances, feature thickness in various zones.
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing any re-shots, rejections
or repairs that need to be made to the part
Assist production and engineering to determine cause of irregularities if
required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATES AND LICENCES:
NAS 410 Level II RT certified or certifiable
All documents related to training, experience hours and work history
Perform RT inspections on aerospace investment cast parts to Customer
Standard Practices. Will interpret x-ray films to determine conformance of the
parts to OEM define acceptance criteria.
Review technique reference film against production film to assure that
they provide proper coverage and that they conform to all applicable
customer requirements.
Candidates should have experience in the following processes and
products:
o Single crystal, directionally solidified, and equiax castings
o Nickel, cobalt and variety of customer proprietary alloys
o Commercial and military aero-engine as well as industrial gas turbine
product
o Blades, vanes and multi-vane segments
o Compressor vane segments
Any job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of pre-

SHIFT/HOURS: Shifts & Hours will vary Must be flexible to work overtime
