DTG Technical Services is seeking Pipeline Corrosion
Technicians to work from our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office
on natural gas and liquid pipeline projects nationwide.
Responsibilities will include pipeline survey, AC mitigation
and cathodic protection installation and troubleshooting,
corrosion analysis, and construction inspection.

Requirements:
Requirements include 2 or more years of experience with
natural gas and/or liquid pipelines, NACE CP1 Cathodic
Protection Tester certification or higher, understanding of
cathodic protection function, indirect assessment techniques
including ECDA, and direct examination tests. A solid
knowledge of Excel is also required. Extensive field work
and travel will be required.

The selected candidate will be required to pass a DOT pre-
employment drug screen, motor vehicle, and criminal
background check.

High School diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate
degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with
cathodic protection field surveys is required. NACE/CP 1
certification is required. Higher CP certification is
preferred. May be required to lift and pull up to 50 pounds
and must be physically capable of performing manual tasks
without restriction. Familiarity with MS Office is required.
Must be available as needed to work at the assigned job site
and may include weekends. EOE.
