Dunlop NDT - (DNDT) is a GA based NDT Inspection Firm specializing in Structural Steel & Fabrication Shop Inspections. We have immediate openings for AWS (CWI) & ICC (S1/S2) Structural Steel Inspectors.
DESCRIPTION
DNDT is currently looking for 6-8 Structural Steel Inspectors with various NDT certifications to perform shop and field inspections of structural steel welds, bolting & decking utilizing: VT, MT, PT, UT, UTT. (CWI’S, ICC, UT & ASNT certifications preferred).
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
• LOCAL Inspectors (GA, or closely bordering states) interested in occasional overflow support for our Atlanta based projects. (Hours vary – typically ½ day or 1 day projects for these inspections). As an overflow inspector you make your own schedule and benefit from extra income. For interested candidates this could become a FT position later this spring.
• Fabrication Shop Inspectors – We have local overflow need as well as out-of-state long term projects. (UT certifications required)
• Structural Steel Field – Local overflow and out-of-state (short and long term) – (CWI’s required)
• Where are the road warriors? Do you like long-term projects, hotels and per diem? We want to hear from you!!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our inspectors are reliable, have positive attitudes, organizational skills and strong work ethics.
We require you have your own reliable transportation.
Background and drug tests may apply.

Skills:
In-depth knowledge of standards as they relate to the construction and inspection of structural steel welding and bolting is A MUST as well as the ability to read and understand structural blue prints and current code requirements.
