Advanced NDT / NDE Field Technician positions at a number of locations in the US

We are looking to fill multiple NDT / NDE field positions (jobs that involve travel) at a number of locations in the US. These positions require at least 5 years field experience, proof of current certification in various technologies when available, proof of hours logged, and must be US Citizen or Legal US Resident with current green card.

• NDT / NDE Guided Wave Ultrasonic Operators

We are currently looking for experienced NDT / NDE Guided Wave Operators (Ultrasonic) that will be responsible for the setup and ability to deliver high quality data acquisition and analysis of Guided Wave Ultrasonic Data. This will include system functionality testing and maintenance of the GUL (G3) system and all associated probe/ring/cabling configurations. Individual will also be required to walk down piping systems, coordinate onsite activities with engineering and operational groups, and understand probe/ring placement to maximize screening distance.

This position requires the ability of the applicant to be away from their residence for periods of time from 2 consecutive days up to 60 consecutive days without relief. (Travel can be up 75% or greater).

• Senior NDT Level II Automated Pipeline Specialist

We are currently looking for experienced NDT Technical Leads with experience in the multiple applications listed in this job posting. This is a lead position and should have a Minimum of 7 years of NDT field experience, professional pipeline experience with AUT Corrosion Mapping Training and experience, and Level 2 Ultrasonic Certificate Training and experience.

The technician in this role must be able to lead at the project level in addition to the development of junior technicians assigned to the project. The person in this position is expected to be able to implement and follow, all the written practices and policies regarding the applicable technique/technology involved, as well as to aid in the continual development of these procedures & techniques to constantly improve the deliverables. This position requires analytical abilities, great communication skills (for both co-workers and clients), solid working knowledge of the various NDE disciplines, strong computer skill background, and solid professional writing capabilities.

This position will be responsible for being a product line champion on various in-field projects, and in the training and development of the other technicians being brought through our specialty services training system. This position requires the ability of the applicant to be away from their residence for periods of time from 2 consecutive days up to 60 consecutive days without relief. (Travel can be up 75% or greater).

• Advanced NDT Level II (Phased Array, Shear wave, GUL)

We are currently looking for Advanced Level II NDT Technicians that will be responsible for on-site inspection for the customer. The goal of the Sr. Technician is Operation Excellence and Technical Quality. This position is part of the Delivery Process and is expected to lead other NDE technicians and project personnel in providing the primary service of inspection performance to the Client. This role includes delivery of services on time, safely, and with the highest quality possible. Where qualified the position supports training, technique development, and delivery of specialized services utilizing automated and computerized inspection systems. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOMATED AND COMPUTERIZED NDT EQUIPMENT WITH PHASED ARRAY, GUIDED WAVE (GUL) and / or SHEARWAVE. Inspections will be performed in multiple industries including petrochemical, refineries, power plants, pipelines and wind farms around the world.
