POSITION: 2 IRATA or SPRAT Certified Level 3 Rope Access Supervisors

We have an immediate need of an experienced 2 IRATA or Sprat Level 3 Rope Access Supervisors to join our team based in our Baton Rouge LA location.

We are seeking candidates in the local and surrounding area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be capable for complete responsibility for work projects
• Be conversant with relevant work techniques and legislation
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
• Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of levels I, II and III
• Assist other technicians as required
• Prepare and submit reports on a timely basis
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment
• Liaise with Operations Managers on project work
• Liaise with clients and site operations crew to ensure scope of job is understood and well executed
• Travel as required

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• IRATA or Sprat Level III Certification required including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and rescue/hauling
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Valid drivers’ license
• Required certification levels for specific projects
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Team orientation
• Ability to work productively in adverse conditions
• Physically and mentally fit

This is a full-time regular position with possible uplifts depending on trade qualifications and number of re-certifications.
