Quality Engineer – entry level, documentation, medical device, auditing, statistics, FDA, FAA
A rapidly growing division of a global corporation producing medical devices and implants is expanding. They are investing in new technology and hiring several more team members. This division is in process of launching new components. They have a state of the art facility and many long term associates. We are looking for an entry level Quality Engineer to support the quality management system, audits, validations and customer required documents. Interested candidates will need a Bachelors degree and either served a co-op or have 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment such as a medical, military, DOD, aerospace, nuclear, FDA, FAA, ISO-13485 and/or AS-9100 certified facility. Strong documentation skills, statistics, problem solving and the ability to learn technical requirements is needed. Interested candidates should have some experience or education reading blue prints and basic understanding of metrology or dimensional issues.
MUST HAVE: a Bachelors degree and served a co-op in quality or 1-2 years of experience in quality and/or have a quality related degree and no experience. Strong communication and documentation skills are required. Some experience working in a regulated environment is preferred. This would include FDA, FAA, medical device, aerospace, nuclear, military, DOD, ISO-13485 and/or AS9100 type of environment.
