owned (ESOP) company seeking an experienced NDT LEVEL 3
INSPECTOR (MAG, UT, PEN)
Inspect and test aircraft components
Clean and etch pre-penetrate parts
Maintain process controls
Update and maintain logs
Re-work parts as required
Ultra-sonic inspection of small diameter tubing
and parts
MAG inspect small parts and large forgings
Utilize standard measuring instruments, test and
inspect parts
Follow quality processes and procedures
Operate under Lean Manufacturing principles to
ensure timely and quality testing of product
Develop and review testing plans and processes
Able to read, write and communicate effectively in
the English language
Able to work within specific time lines
Must be accurate and detailed
Familiar with calipers, scales, gages and other
calibration instruments
Working knowledge of aerospace specifications,
quality codes and standards
Perform job with minimum of supervision
Work within a team environment
2-3 years product testing required, knowledge of
aerospace specifications.
Previous experience working with ultrasonic
testing preferred
