The Level II Radiography Technician is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job descriptions:
• Fluent in manual film processing;
• Capable of managing long term projects;
• Communicating with customer/client representatives on daily basis;
• Responsible for returning a completed product in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures;
• Required to establish and manage all safety procedures and functions throughout a project;
• Able to train assistants efficiently in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, procedures and NVI, LLC’s ASNT-TC-1A written practice;
• Capable of training in assistants in safe operations;
• Evaluate and interpret product results to the code of construction or customer specifications;
• Effectively meet deadlines set forth by management or clientele;
• Maintain and promote a positive attitude while on projects; and,
• Any other assignment necessary to meet Level II responsibilities set forth by the Company.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience
• High school diploma or G.E.D.;
• Familiar with applicable welding codes, i.e. ASME, API, AWS, etc.;
• Currently hold certifications in NDE methods of RT;
• Preferred NDE certifications in MT and PT;
• Preferred plant experience;
• Knowledgeable with OSHA’s General and Construction safety industries;
• Able to pass FBI and Company drug/alcohol testing;
• Capable of passing Fit for Duty testing;
• Capable of passing Ergonomic testing; and,
• Able to pass a motor vehicle check.

Skill Requirements
• Able to meet a “Call Out” working schedule;
• Above average computer skills including Spreadsheet and Word Processing software;
• Able to meet local travel requirements;
• Punctual;
• Effectively carry out supervisor’s instructions;
• Above average communication skills; and,
• Proficient in problem solving.
