Aqualified has an opening for an Operations Manager in the Marietta, GA location. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects, people, and resources. The individual that will be filling this role must be organized, tactful, and have a great sense of customer service. They must have strong skills in decision making, problem solving, and the ability to communicate effectively in a variety of situations. Any previous experience in NDT Testing, Engineering, and/or Management is helpful to this position.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for determining staffing requirements
• Supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy
• Apply strategic planning to determine company, department or unit objectives
• Delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives
• Manage the talent within the office and give appropriate feedback
• Allocate use of available resources
• Client interaction on a professional level that encourages repeat business
• Generate new leads of clients through networking and excellent customer service
• Maintain office organization and generate ideas for improvements
• Coordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
• Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
• Responsible for the overall operational performance and quality

Minimum Requirements:

• Education – A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• At least 3 years of management experience
