We are currently hiring for multiple UT (Shear
wave) level 2 inspectors for our client located in
Portland Oregon! This company produces more than 5
million tons annually of steel plate, rail, wire rod and
rebar, and pipe for major markets including
infrastructure like rail, bridges and roads, as well as
energy, commercial construction and defense. Our client
is a subsidiary of one of the largest vertically
integrated steel and mining businesses in the world.
Pay for these positions will vary depending on experience
and knowledge and will include plus full benefits,
vacation days, bonuses and more!
These are long-term, full-time positions and would
require relocation to the Portland Oregon area.
Relocation assistance will be provided to qualified
candidates depending on individual needs.

Skills:
Current Level 2 Certifications UT (Shear Wave) Candidates
with required amount on-the-job hours but who have not
yet tested in level 2 certifications will be considered
as well!
Familiar and comfortable working in a team within a
manufacturing setting
Strong attention to detail, close observation and
concentration skills
Excellent decision making, planning and organizational
skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, mechanical
aptitude
Advanced reading, writing, and math skills
Successful completion of ergonomics evaluation of
physical requirements of position (standing, bending,
lifting and/or carrying up to 20 lbs.)
with required amount on-the-job hours but who have not
yet tested in level 2 certifications will be considered
as well!
