Special Inspectors with S1/S2 Bolting and Welding Certifications urged to apply!
Special Inspectors with S1/S2 Bolting and Welding Certifications urged to apply!
Skills:
Candidate(s) shall be capable of and responsible for performing inspections on structural steel, bolting, welds and various components and parts. Strong working knowledge of AWS D1.1 MANDANTORY. Structural steel and high strength bolting certification S1/S2 desired, but not required. Applicants must be competent in interpreting codes, standards, specifications and procedures.
Qualifications
•Current traceable certification(s) required
•Extensive knowledge of AWS D1.1 as it applies to structural steel inspections
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Excellent written and oral communication skills required
•5+ years of related experience
•Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required
•A valid driver's license is required
•Must pass drug test, background check and must have a satisfactory driving record.
