TechCorr USA Management LLC is currently seeking experienced Level II Radiographers. This position will support our companys ongoing commitment in providing our customers the highest quality related services throughout Southern California and the Western United States. A minimum of 3 years background and experience performing code related non-destructive testing and inspection in the petrochemical, power generation and or industrial fields is preferred for applicants of this position. Additional Certifications in Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant and Ultrasonic Inspection are desired.
Good communication, technical writing skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere is required for potential candidates.
This is a non-exempt/hourly position which offers a competitive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k and more (available after 90 day evaluation period).

Responsibilities:
Candidate will report to and be dispatched out of the Orange, CA office
Actively participate in TechCorr USA MGMT LLC and Client safety programs
Control the work area
Set up and utilize nondestructive testing equipment
Calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
Conduct any of the required NDE methods (RT/ MT/ PT/ UTT) tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects)
Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
Interpret Inspection findings
Organize and report test results
Fill out daily inspection reports
May perform specialized inspections
May instruct and supervise others
Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some college or technical schooling
Certified Level II RT, MT, PT, UTT, UTSW, VT
Provide NDT training documentation & must meet TechCorrs written practice
Certified Level II RT, MT, PT, UTT, UTSW, VT
40 hour radiation health & safety
TWIC card holder (current)
Film Interpretation knowledge of welding processes & discontinuities found in each
Industrial Radiography Radiation Safety Personnel (IRRSP) or applicable agreement state card
Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
Knowledge of NDT equipment
Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, access, etc
)

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

Climbing and working off of ladders, stairs, and scaffolding in excess of 100 ft.
Working extended hours and standing for extended periods of time
Work in indoor and outdoor environments in conditions of extreme heat and cold
Work in and near industrial hazards.
Must be able to pass drug screening
Clean DMV record
Submit prior NDT training documentation
Pass company NDE testing requirements (general, specific and practical examinations)
