Job Description
Marco Inspection Services, LLC provides full NDT / NDE / CWI services for customer base in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and team-oriented leader to maximize our sales and profitability in our Carlsbad, NM location. Our organized and goal-oriented District Leaders oversee and directly manage the Operations and Business Development of assigned territories;
• Provides high-level oversight of all activities of the branch operations and personnel in the use of our company policies, and produces to achieve maximum sales and profits within your district.
• Acts as Sales / Account Rep for territory, helping to grow customer base, regain lost accounts, and develop and maintain profitable long-term business relationships with clients.
• Monitors controllable expenses at branch level in order to maximize profitability.
• Fields service calls and schedules personnel to assigned location and jobs.
• Promotes excellent leadership qualities and leads by example among Technicians and Assistants, and provides guidance to improve productivity and safety.
• Acts as communication link between branch and corporate offices.
• Interviews and makes hiring recommendations to Corporate HR to satisfactorily fill existing and upcoming work load.
• Ensures all company and regulatory policies are adhered to.

Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, Level II or higher NDT preferred.
• Strong Management / Sales Experience in NDT / Oil and Gas Fabrication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
