We are seeking a NDT Supervisor for our Houston, Texas, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Aurora, Colorado business units that will have responsibility for establishing and growing their respective RT services capabilities. These customer facing roles will manage a fleet of NDT personnel & equipment that services the Refineries, Petrochemical and Fabrication shops out of each facility location.

Responsibilities:
*Create & Drive a positive proactive, safe, compliant,
quality customer service centric culture
*Proactively sell & drive operational fullfilment of
inspection/ NDT services.
*Manage and support customer call outs including job
scheduling, personnel & equipment assignment &
deployment
*Manage & maintain all call out records including
customer time sheets & job reports.
*Manage and maintain employee timesheets, per diem &
overtime approval & administration.
*Provide recruitment, mentorship, training &
certification support to technician direct reports.
*Manage personnel issues as appropriate including
rewards, recognition & discipline.
*Meet & beat branch financial targets including gross
margin and cash flow metrics.
*Actively manage customer relationships, including
real-time performance feedback & issue resolution.
*Support Radiation Safety Officers to manage & maintain
safety records.
*Support management & finance team to maintain up-to-
date accounts payable & accounts receivables.
*Support Regional Operations Management & Sales to
provide timely customer quotes.




Skills:
* Minimum Qualifications:
*Level II Radiography expertise (5+ yrs)
*Oil & Gas Experience
*Code knowledge including ASME, AWS, API, B31.1, B31.2.
*Training experience

Other Qualifications:
*Other Level II NDT (PT, FPT,MT, UT) API 510, 570 & 653
certification a plus.
*Professional verbal & written communications ability.
*Proficient in Microsoft office Products including,
office, excel, word & powerpoint.
*Financial acumen.
