POSITION SUMMARY:
This individual will work closely with Regional General Manager to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and uniformity of divisional operations and administration. The position will have full P&L responsibility for the divisional operating results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Governance
Execute the responsibilities of a Division Manager according to lawful and ethical standards. Uphold, safeguard, and promote Acuren's values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, integrity, safety, quality, and corporate responsibility.

Reliability
Safety: Develop a world - class safety program within the division. Strategize with the staff to develop a culture that embraces safety, recognizes hazards, and takes action to minimize risk. Ensure employees conduct hazard assessments on every job and that all staff understands they are not to take risks and must refuse unsafe work. Provide resources to ensure we use quality and appropriate safety equipment, carry out safety training where required, and to conduct safety audits on a regular basis. Provide direct management and leadership in the investigation of all safety incidents.

Quality: Focuses to ensure clients are provided with quality services in a timely manner. Worker training, use of procedures, project supervision and peer review are all areas that require management focus in Acuren's business. Ensure that staff assigned to each project exhibit adequate training and experience and that we have complete and accurate certification documents on file to support the required certification. Work with Hellier training group to develop supplementary training programs where industry training has proven insufficient. Where appropriate, utilizing an objective scorecard to implement and track stewardship, market penetration, and customer service.

Efficiency: Responsible for the effective utilization of the workforce and the maintenance and calibration of equipment to include creating a transparent work model for both clients and employees by identifying employee skill sets and appropriate job placement, assignment and procurement of necessary equipment and other resources to ensure client's needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

Risk Management
In addition to ensuring the region has effective safety and quality programs, additional risk management measures are required. Ensure all contracts contain terms and conditions, which are appropriate and conform to minimum requirements as specified by the Acuren's Counsel of designated risk management staff. Negotiate with clients or prospective clients to change terms and conditions as required. Carry out periodic audits to ensure the region is in compliance with minimum standards. Additional precautions are required within the region to minimize risk as follows:

Follow the order acknowledgement process
Disclaimer language on all reports
No reports provided with company disclaimer language (verbal, notes, forms, etc.)
Obtain and grade driver abstracts
Adhere to the Motor Vehicle Procedure
Ensure the region operates within the authority level guidelines
Sample storage procedure
Follow company drug and alcohol policies

General Management
General Management responsibilities for the division include but are not limited to:
Responsibility for the P&L statement within the division; analyze and understand the P&L on a monthly basis. Set limits of authority with staff to ensure wise decisions are made with respect to the company resources.
Manage direct and indirect labor to maximize utilization. Ensure the division abides by local labor and union rules and regulations.
Management of expenditures to ensure they are required, vendors are competitive, and they are billable where possible.
Develop and mentor subordinates to produce effective leaders. Delegate responsibility to ensure staff is empowered and learns management responsibilities.
Build client relationships based on the provision of exceptional service and ethical business practices. Be active and directly involved with the top twenty clients in the division.
Stimulate positive morale within the division while leading by example in the promotion of positive business work ethics and professional conduct.
Communicate with staff on a regular basis to ensure they are kept current on company objectives, changes and opportunities.
Provide leadership and direction for all commercial terms to help meet the financial goals and objectives.
Management of human resource activities, including staffing, hiring, performance reviews, succession planning, promotion, counseling, discipline and dismissals.
Ensure regional compliance with Radiation, Occupational Safety and Quality Assurance policies
Management of operational and capital budgets.
Management of resources including facilities, vehicles, and equipment to ensure safe, secure, cost-effective and efficient operations.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Regional General Manager.
Ensure that all accounting issues are dealt with in a timely fashion and that invoicing is completed on a timely basis.
Manage collections and evaluate new accounts for credit worthiness.
Participate in all salary staff hires.
Maintain final decisions on administrative issues that involve reporting, electronic filing, and general execution of reporting functions.


Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
Provide adequate resources to conform to the direction and requirements of the corporation, work closely with other operations towards resource sharing to optimize Acuren's collective resources and to meet client needs. The Division Manager will be the primary point of contact in working with other senior managers within the West Region business as follows:

Business Development and Technology - Work closely with the business development and technology group toward strategies relative to large clients and industries within and outside the region. Work within the framework of pricing and procedures set by the BD&T group. Provide feedback and make recommendations for change as appropriate. Team with the business development and technical group with respect to the management of strategic clients within North America and to execute on all corporate initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
High Energy

Project management experience
NDT experience preferred or experienced in a related industry (construction, oil & gas services, industrial maintenance)
5-7 years progressive management experience
Bachelors degree in business or related field
Proficient in Microsoft programs with strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Excellent math skills with the ability to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage people, projects and meet financial objectives
Strong analytical skills and business acumen

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
