Job Description:
Based in Houston, Texas, the successful candidates will be active members of the IRISNDT Team. These are full-time, permanent positions. IRISNDT offers a health benefits package to its employees.
Technicians will be expected to examine the physical properties of specific materials and components to detect flaws, corrosion, erosion and imperfections through liquid penetrant, magnetic particle and/or ultrasonic thickness testing.
Skills:
Required Skills and Experience:
• Level II certification is required in the following disciplines: MT / PT / UTT;
• 1 to 3 years’ experience preferred;
• Additional certification in PMI, HT &/or CAD Drafting would be considered an asset;
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions;
• Willingness to travel if required;
• Good communication skills, both written and oral; and,
• Valid Driver’s License and pre-access drug and alcohol testing required; and
• Pre-employment background checks will be required.
