Post: Business Development Manager
The selected candidate shall be responsible for marketing, business development & sales, support NDT project execution and technical support for advanced NDT inspection services offerings both in Singapore and overseas, and be the client¡¦s interface. Work environment consists of highly qualified specialist engineers/analysts.


The responsibilities include:
„X Ability to manage and grow existing businesses with existing Clients, Partners and identified industry prospects
„X Provide accurate inspection data analysis, review and validation
„X Prepare and present final inspection reports for clients
„X Technical assistance & support to clients, business associates and at site teams
„X Formulate and strategies business clientele expansion.
„X Work well with a multi-cultural staff to achieve deliverables
„X Willing to travel at short notice for presentation-demo-field trials to clients as well as for site supervision on a needed basis

The candidate must possess:
„X Degree in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering Mechatronics Engineering
„X Prior working experience in the Oil & Gas upstream-downstream/refinery-petrochemicals-LNG-process industries-marine environment
„X Good English oral, written, communication and presentation skills
„X Fast learner, confident and self-motivated & team player, able to coach colleagues
„X Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills
„X Commercially astute and capable of strategizing for profitability and growth
„X Knowledge and certification in Advanced NDT Inspection technologies is highly desirable
