DESCRIPTION:
As part of a small, innovative company, you’ll perform multiple NDT procedures, interpret/document NDT results, and maintain NDT equipment
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain techniques to properly examine hardware, adhering to all safety and specification requirements
Perform inspections using Ultrasonic Testing (UTT/PAUT/SWUT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic particle testing (MT)
Perform daily calibrations.
Interpret inspection results and apply acceptance criteria per applicable code
Perform all necessary daily, weekly, monthly process control checks
Document and organize inspection results
Interface/communicate with employees and customers to describe inspection results
May provide guidance to other inspectors and assistants

Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS: Required
Level II in UT/SWUT/PA
Experienced in creating calibrations
U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or otherwise able to review all export-controlled technical information
Valid unrestricted driver’s license
Experience working to ASME,AWS and API codes
Level II or substantive experience in Eddy Current testing
Knowledge of manufacturing processes including forging, casting, welding, composites fabrication
Experience in a small company and/or startup environment
Experienced in data review using Tomoview software
