Premier Industrial Group is assisting our client to locate a Mechanical Integrity program experienced SME.
Extensive mechanical integrity program experience required. Client needs to update their MI program or establish a new one.
Experience with implementation of a Mechanical Integrity program as it relates to process/chemical plant i.e. inspection frequencies, documentation, recordkeeping, standards, procedures
Certified API inspector or detailed understanding of API 653/510/570
Proficient with current RBI software (AWARE) by Intertek or comparable
Ability to make a determination between using current RBI software, or moving to time based inspection system
Capable of setting up an inspection material including CML for piping circuits, pressure vessels, above ground storage tanks, and associated drawings and documentation
Able to assist or direct NDT technicians performing baseline/upcoming UTT readings
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD program
This is a Contract Position in Tennessee
