Senior Pipeline Integrity Technicians – Immediate Openings

Company Description
Coast to Coast Inspection Services, Inc. began in 2005, and is part of the Oil and Gas Services/Equipment industry, providing direct examinations as part of our customer’s integrity management programs, which assist in the prevention of pipeline incidents, leaks, and failures. We have a diverse mix of customers including owners and operators of interstate, intrastate, and regional oil and natural gas pipelines, refineries, terminals and storage facilities.

Experience Requirements
• 5 Years experience in Non-Destructive Testing
• 2 Years experience in Pipeline Integrity Bellhole Examinations
• Magnetic Particle (MT) Level II certification and, documented field hours
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Level II certification – unrestricted, and documented field hours

Duties/Responsibilities
• Perform bellhole examinations of existing pipeline coatings and condition
• Document coating anomalies
• Perform testing pertaining to Cathodic Protection of pipelines
• Perform visual inspections of pipeline
• Measure and documenting anomalies
• Perform Ultrasonic examinations
• Perform Magnetic Particle examinations
• Perform in-field calculations of findings
• Detailed photographic documentation
• Documentation and evaluation of associated activities for client pipeline operators

Desired additional Skills and Training
• N.A.C.E. Certification in Cathodic Protection or Coating Inspection
• Creaform Laser Scanner
• PAUT Level II certification, and documented field hours
• Certified weld inspector
• Clockspring Certification
• Associates Degree in N.D.E
• Experience working with automated ultrasonic systems
• T.O.F.D.
• Eddy Current

Qualifications and Experience
• Ability to read and understand alignment sheets, engineering drawings, GPS systems
• Ability to withstand the physical demands of the job
• Ability to pass a thorough background screening and drug test
• Valid Driver’s License
• Legal US Resident
• Have or be able to pass operator qualifications through Veriforce and ISNetworld
• Heavy Travel
• Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must be able to draw using Microsoft office
• Self-motivated, strong initiative, effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate through experience the ability to interact with multiple client disciplines and successfully execute projects from inception through completion
• Must have a "can-do" and demonstrate through experience the ability to work independently
