POSITION
We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic to lead and manage all aspects of Metalogics Eddy Current Program.
The position requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong Eddy Current skill sets.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Increase customer base across North America
Develop training facility and programs
Develop proprietary technology and services
Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the business development of Metalogics Eddy Current Program (25%)
Develops training facilities/material and procedures (25%)
Ensuring the highest level of quality services in the industry (35%)
Supports continuous technology and application development (15%)
REPORTS
Indirect: Field Service Inspection and NDT Technicians
Reports to: President
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required
Level 2 CGSB Eddy Current
3 years practical Experience in Tubular ECT, RFT and IRIS.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience with procedure development and training programs
Strong work ethic and desire for advancement
Intermediate to advanced M.S. Office skills (Excel, Word).
Basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality management
Valid Drivers license
Preferred
Level 3 CGSB/ASNT ECT
6 years of experience in various ECT Applications
MBA or Executive MBA
SALARY
$90 -$110 base salary ( + Chargeable OT)
+ Bonus incentives
+ Union Benefit Plan (Industry leading Medical, Dental, Insurance)
