TITLE
Director of Business Development

POSITION
We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic to lead Metalogic’s Business Development team.
The individual should be competitive, have a roll up his sleeves work ethic with a high aptitude and the ability to be self-directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Increase customer base across North America
• Develop new market strategies and lead development
• Customer sales through presentations/demonstrations/meetings
• Generating innovative client proposals
• Supports the development of new service strategies
• Budgeting and forecasting

REPORTS
• Indirect: Sales, Operations, Technical
• Reports to: President

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years’ experience in the same or similar industry
• MBA / Alternatively 10 years’ experience in an equivalent position
• Experienced with procurement and proposal generation
• Intermediate M.S. Office skills (Excel, Word, P.P. and CRM)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and passport
