POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing support tasks for the Integrity Management team. These duties would include developing and maintaining Mechanical Integrity data as it relates to equipment and piping. Entering and checking Quality Assurance/Quality Control on pipe thickness and other field data into PCMS and other software.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creates, maintains and updates data using data management software
• Performs Quality Assurance/Quality Control on all UltraPIPE, PS AIM or PCMS software data input
• Provides Mechanical Integrity data to engineering and commercial for their use in determining system modifications and expansions
• Supports the onsite in the formalization and reporting of collected Integrity data
• Other duties as assigned

Skills:
KEY RESPOSIBILITES:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Minimum 2 years of experience with PCMS software, prefer

•Proven in-depth technical expertise in PCMS software

•Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
•Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results
•Strong follow-up skills, ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customers’ needs as needed
•Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
•Strong organizational skills, ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment
•Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors
•Self-motivated, able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions
•Experience in oil and gas field environment preferred
•Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion

WORKING CONDITIONS:
•Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, crawling, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing, visual acuity, accommodation and color vision
•Moving, carrying and lifting objects in excess of 30 pounds
•Be able to step up into vehicles or onto equipment
•Working extended hours and standing for extended periods of time
