Acuren Inspection in Midland , TX is looking for a Sales Manager to generate new sales opportunities in Non-destructive Inspection Services.

This Territory Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of sales & marketing within his/her responsible territory as well as assisting in sales & marketing to advance the entire organization. This position forms the essential liaison between the customer and the company and is a part of the company's management team.

The Sales Manager position requires above average to outstanding interpersonal skills, strong ethics, ability to work within a team, to multi-task, possess excellent time management skills and have a strong desire to compete and win.
Responsibilities:

• Generate sales opportunities in conjunction with the core business competencies with an emphasis on obtaining new clients in the Gulf Region, 100 mile radius form Laporte

• Familiarity calling on refining, chemical, industrial fabrication and oil & gas clients throughout the Region. Knowledge of General and Mechanical Contractors in the area a plus.

• Cross selling of Traditional NDT services, Advanced NDT services, Mechanical Services, Rope Access, Condition based monitoring and Vibration Analysis

• Work closely with the National Sales Director, as well as local management personnel to execute on sales goals and objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships through customer service initiatives and activities.

• Possess technical selling skills and product knowledge of NDT/NDE is a plus.

• Perform pre-job walk-downs at various plant sites in order to effectively estimate pricing proposals.

• Create and deliver effective presentations of services offered by Acuren Inspection.

• Assist in collections of accounts receivable as needed.

• Networking at Industry events and trade shows.

• Develop a keen understanding of the competition’s strengths and weaknesses.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities utilizing the Company CRM tool.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

• Travels as required to meet the requirements of the sales plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial services market.
• Sales experience, 7 to 10 million annual sales
• College degree with a focus on Business and Marketing a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in NDT Practices is a plus.

Base Salary, plus commission
