In this Outside Sales role, the Technical Sales Representative will work cross-functionally to lead Pine’s revenue growth and profitability of the NDT/NDE market to:
•Territory includes GA,SC,NC,TN,AL,FL
• Build and implement sales plans to improve Pine’s competitive position
• Penetrate targeted customer accounts
• Expand the company’s product and service offering
Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities :
• Meet quarterly and annual business growth objectives for assigned sales market
• Build, implement, and monitor local and regional NDT/NDE market development initiatives
• Create and maintain sales plans to penetrate new and existing customers
• Support the local and regional development of Pine’s National Account customers
• Secure new local and regional customer relationships to capture incremental sales and revenue
• Expand Pine’s business with customers into additional company products and services
• Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop and implement promotional programs for territory
• Attend targeted local and regional NDT/NDE industry association conferences and trade-show events
Skills:
Technical Sales Representative Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science, or equivalent experience
• NDT/NDE experience is a requirement
• 4+ years of technical sales, project management, or other customer service experience
• 4+ years of Environmental Service or other transferable industry experience
• Hands on NDT testing and measurement experience a plus
• Proven track record delivering sales and/or operational results
• Strong leadership, self-initiative, resource utilization, and time management skills, as well as team focused
• Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required, up to 50-60% of work week
