Acuren’s regional and oil and gas headquarters in La Porte, Texas is currently looking for an Advanced Solutions Director (ASM) to generate new sales opportunities in inspection services. responsible for the effectiveness and uniformity of the departmental operations and is continually responsible to improve the efficiency and quality of the Advanced Solutions department within the region.


In this role, the Advanced Solutions Director will report to REFCHEM operations director and support the region as well as segment. The Territory Sales Director will develop tactical and strategic customer plans to meet and hopefully exceed budgeted plans, sales, and margin goals. In this role, the ASD will be responsible to call on the refining, chemical, industrial fabrication and oil & gas clients throughout the region. The position requires above average to outstanding interpersonal skills, strong ethics, ability to work within a team, to multi-task, possess excellent time management skills and have a strong desire to compete and win. Knowledge of General and Mechanical Contractors in the area a plus. In summary, the Acuren ASD will identify, develop and close orders, execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Strategize with the staff to develop a culture that embraces safety, recognizes hazards, and takes action to minimize risk. Ensure employees conduct hazard assessments on every job and that all staff understands they are not to take risks and must refuse unsafe work.
Provide resources to ensure we use quality and appropriate safety equipment, carry out safety training where required, and to conduct safety audits on a regular basis. Provide direct management and leadership in the investigation of all safety incidents.

AS AN ACUREN SOLUTIONS MANAGER YOU WILL:

 Led and manage the assignment of personnel for all requests for service.
 Maximize utilization levels of 90% or higher on a monthly basis.
 Client and Industry champion always focusing on the client and the company
 Work cross functionally with Acuren divisions, various functions and service line including access & engineering
 Foster "Solutions" culture between the client, needs, and the team
 Coordinate field personnel for Advanced NDE Services with Operations Director
 Complete annual reviews for all personnel within the department
 Ensure quality control is being executed both in the laboratory and in the field
 Adhere to all Acuren standard operating procedures
 Maintain equipment and applicable records to ensure that all assets are in working order and available for assignment.
 Ensure appropriate communications between all department and division personnel relating to work which requires services in other departments
 Handle all quality issues in accordance with company policy and insure that quality standards are adhered to within the department.
 Participate in client stewardship meetings and sales calls on an as required basis
 Responsible for the procurement of all required supplies and consumables
 Recommends to Division Director new equipment or procedures to enhance the service delivery for the company.
 Handles primary communication with all advanced services laboratory customers
 Works with Sales Director on identifying new programs and clients for business development
 Ensure that all technical training is completed to meet internal standards and client requirements
 Generate sales opportunities in conjunction with the core business competencies with an emphasis on obtaining new clients in the Gulf Region.
 Provide sales leadership with assigned customers through the formulation and execution of strategies that will support the customer's business needs through their use of Acuren services and solutions.
 Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, customer trends and installed base and market levels of pricing for supported classes of services or products
 Maintain accurate and up to date records of all opportunities and disposition opportunities as they evolve by utilizing the company CRM tool.
 Make recommendations for continued growth both organically and inorganically.
 Familiarity calling on refining, chemical, industrial fabrication and oil & gas clients throughout the Region.
 Work closely with the leadership team as well as regional management personnel to execute on sales objectives.
 Create and deliver effective presentations of services offered by Acuren Inspection.
 Develop a keen understanding of the competition’s strengths and weaknesses.
 Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
 Travels as required

QUALFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or a minimum of 10 years of experience in an advances technology within the inspection industry.
• Demonstrated analytical, technical and problem-solving skills (solutions)
• Proven Experience with "Advanced" Solutions including UT, EC, TOFD, Slofec, PAUT, HTHA, X-ray, and other inspection methods with a minimum of 5 years of experience in UT Immersion inspection methods and equipment
• High energy with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team oriented skills
• Track record of positive customer relations and background to work with engineering personnel
• in Microsoft programs with strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• 5- years progressive management experience
 Minimum of 3 years of knowledge and experience selling products and services associated with oil and gas or inspection including nondestructive testing.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
 Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a valid passport and driver's license
 Ability and willingness to travel within the region
