Is currently recruiting an NDT Operations Supervisor,
to support the efforts of scheduling,recruiting,organizing and maintaining the NDT technician database.

Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager.

The Operations Supervisor ensures that all divisions in his/her care have all the material and equipment to run a safe, quality and productive operation for each site or job task.

The Operations Supervisor will also manage the recruitment process and placement scheduling of employees during turnarounds, outages and projects for customers and organizational needs.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Governance
Uphold, safeguard, and promote Acuren’s values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, integrity, safety, quality, and corporate responsibility.

Safety:
• JHA – ensure all employees are participating in Acuren JHA program.
• Weekly Safety Meetings
• Ensure all personnel have been through all required safety orientations prior to beginning job.
• New Hire Indoctrination.
• Schedule any additional safety training.

Scheduling:

• Schedule all call out work and assign crew to perform inspection efficiently and in a reasonable time frame.
• Assist Operations Manager in scheduling/coordinating manpower and equipment needs for large projects and turnarounds.

Client Relations:
•
Establish and maintain communication with clients in regards to satisfying their inspection needs.
• Establish and maintain communication with employees for call out, large projects, and turnarounds.

Purchasing:
• Establish and maintain communication with various vendors to procure necessary supplies.

Quality/Environmental:
• Inventory control/Calibrations and record keeping.
• Communicate with QA to ensure all work is completed by technicians currently certified in method requested by client.
• Management of fleet, equipment, and supplies.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma/GED is a must.
• Technical knowledge is a plus.
• Computer knowledge, working with spreadsheets and MS Office experience.

Four year college degree is desired, but not required.
• Be able to work flexible hours, weekends and overtime when needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Physical demands commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job include; moving, carrying, lifting over one pound up to 30 pounds. Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing, acuity-near, accommodation and color vision.
