The NDT Technician Level II will perform RT, UTT, MT, PT and NDT industrial inspections of onshore/offshore piping, pipelines, pressure vessels, and structural components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

-Operate Radiographic Testing equipment in accordance with applicable regulations, codes, practices, and procedures
-Load and process film
-Read and interpret film
-Prepare, set-up and complete all necessary paperwork
-Conduct tests in other NDT methods
-Train and supervise Level I RT trainees and other NDT trainees
-Travel and work on a call-out basis, both domestic & international

REQUIRED
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Minimum two (2) years documented RT Level II experience. 
-Must be able to certify to ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II.
-Must have a minimum of 80 hours of documented RT training per ASNT SNT-TC-1A.
-Must possess a valid industrial radiographer certification card and proof of a 40-hour radiation safety course.
-Must be able to work in harsh environments.
-Valid driver’s license
-Must be able to obtain:
Valid passport
Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC)
SafeGulf
Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) and Water
Survival Training
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. 

DESIRED
-Surface method Level II certifications are preferred: PT, MT and VT
-Experience with Computed and Digital Radiographic (CR/DR) experience
-Knowledge of PeopleSoft
