CWI & NDT Level II Inspector
C.M. Steel is seeking a certified welding inspector (CWI) with level II NDT Certification, to include MT, VT, and UT.
C.M. Steel, Inc. is a reputable company with over 30 years in the steel fabrication industry. We are looking for a dependable, dedicated professional to join our production team and share in our growth and success.
Duties and responsibilities: (not all inclusive)
� Perform a variety of NDT inspections such as UT, MT, VT, etc.
� Read and comprehend drawings, designs, and specifications for material and assemblies to be inspected.
� Record inspection results manually and compile into reports.
� Oversee and train other QC inspectors
� Oversee compliance with AISC procedures and oversee annual AISC audit
Required education/ experience/ documentation:
� Verifiable experience with copies of certifications
� Must have computer skills including MS Office, Excel, & Word
� Must have valid drivers license.
� Must have strong communication and leadership skills
Required experience:
� CWI & NDT 2 years minimum
Job Location:
We are located in York, South Carolina approximately 30 minutes outside Charlotte, NC.
