Currently, we are seeking a Level 2 Radiographer. This position reports to our NDT Supervisor. This individual will work closely with our Engineering, Quality, and Operations team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Primary Responsibilities of the Level 2 Radiographer are as follows:
Perform full scale radiographic duties (expose film / imaging plates with different radiographic sources, develop film / imaging plates, interpret film / images, complete all certifications, develop techniques, create radiographic shooting sketches, etc.).
Communicate with radiographers on other shifts to ensure work is smoothly transitioned between shifts.
Maintain film processing equipment.
Strive for on time delivery, improved efficiency, and professionalism.
Skills:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Certification as an Industrial Radiographer Level II is required and must be kept current.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a NDT environment. 10 years preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft packages and have experience in manufacturing systems
Digital / computed radiographic experience preferred. Will train if necessary.
630 hours experience and 40 hours of classroom required to become CR Level II.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiastic; individual must possess a positive “can do” attitude.
