MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
Detail oriented.
Working closely with onsite unit Inspectors as well as travelling and T/A Inspectors.
Proofreading and flagging potential issues for client.
Entering/Tracking Internal and External Inspection Data.
Work with minimal supervision.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Deliver and strive to always obtain quality results.
Analyze information skillfully.
Edit and present numerical data effectively.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Washington State driver’s license/clean driving record.
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Highly proficient in the following software applications: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Proficient with the following software applications preferred: Meridium, Maximo, Documentum, AutoCAD.
Must be able to communicate with clients, supervisors and co-workers.
Ability to read construction drawings including piping and instrumentation drawings, technical documents, engineering specifications is
preferred.
Proven ability to follow precise directions and procedures.
