Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Nondestructive Testing Services Group in East Texas.

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day supervision and scheduling of technicians
Daily management of equipment/calibration
Monitors the quality of project performance and project documentation
Assists in training of technicians and direct technical support on assigned projects
Works closely with NDE Operation Managers to achieve team goals
Performs field work as required
Calls on clients on a daily basis – business development and client relations
Perform Radiation Safety Duties for location
Equipment maintenance/repairs

Conducts:
Staff meetings monthly
Assists or performs PPP discussions with staff
Safety meeting/audits

Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must meet or exceed ASNT-TC-1A Level II requirements for experience and education
Self-Starter with leadership ability
Team player
Accountable for actions and results
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literacy—spreadsheets and word processing
Demonstrated successful project coordination and management experience
5 years experience working in non-destructive examination
Travel required
Level II certifications in RT, MT, PT required
Level II UT, CWI, API certs a plus
