Responsibilities:
-Performs structural steel inspections
-Performs ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant inspections on specifically assigned field projects
-Prepare reports and other work documents in a timely and accurate manner
-Understands and utilizes safe work practices

Required Skills:
-Post education in nondestructive testing
-Structural steel experience
-Recent experience performing UTSW, MT and PT

Required Experience:
-Current AWS-CWI certification
-Level II UT-Shearwave and MT required
-Level II PT certification preferred
-Must meet or exceed ASNT-TC-1A Level II requirement for experience and education
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Familiar with NDT equipment
-Experienced with NDT methods and procedures
-Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
-Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
-Must be able to work off ladders and scaffold
