Field Services Manager – Odessa, Texas
Looking for a Field Manager with RT experience to oversee pipeline RT in the West Texas.
Qualifications
ASNT LIII RT (Minimum)
CWI
Must operate out of main office in Odessa, TX
Duties include but not limited to:
• Manage field leads and technicians;
• Track and dispatch RT rigs, ensuring minimal loss of billable time / maximum daily rig utilization;
• Frequently visit site locations to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers;
• Review and approve time and expense sheets;
• Plan to anticipate upcoming resource needs;
• Coordinate with the client, employees and required support elements and define any purchasing, licensing, recruiting and compliance issues;
• Work with Business Development Manager to provide opportunities to perform our services;
• Expand into different regions – WY, CO, NM, OK;
• Contract Review;
• Staffing – interface with the client, recruiting department and the employee to match for the assignment;
• Field audits to ensure quality and safety procedures are being adhered to;
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner;
• Deliver and maintain required NDE equipment, resources, safety equipment;
• Maintain and communicate project status;
• Point of contact for personnel issues. (Call-ins, no-shows, security issues, etc.)
• Communication of company policy/ contractual commitment to employees and clients
