Description
The ET Assistant will help the Level II with the following duties:

Mandatory travel in Northern and Southern California
Set-up and calibrate all equipment and document using standardized report templates
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable codes, specifications, and standards
Responsible for all paperwork to be turn in within a timely manner including safety forms, company required forms, customer forms, and timesheets
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and promote a positive customer service attitude internally and externally
Abide by the requirements of safe operation and personal safety using required Personal Protective Equipment and safe work practices
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Gather and escalate client concerns to leadership when needed
Skills:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Required):

A sense of urgency, good attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to be certified in accordance with Versa Integrity written practice in the following methods: Electromagnetic Testing, Visual Testing, and IRIS (Preferred)
Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and respond to short notice work assignments
Ability to set up and standardize equipment, conducts tests, in compliance with required specifications, standards and or customer specifications
Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the techniques and method in which are to be employed
Firmly adheres to the values and ethics of Versa Integrity
Exhibits honesty, discretion, and sound judgment
Knowledge of arithmetic and algebra
Knowledge of NDT equipment and ability to effectively perform assigned NDT inspections
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Maintains a positive outlook, rebounds quickly from frustrations and unpleasantness, and maintains composure and friendly demeanor while dealing with stressful situations
Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
Willing to work with others, collaborating and compromising where necessary; promptly share relevant information with others
Must be able to pass drug screen
Mandatory travel required between North and South California
