ACTT is currently seeking a qualified Senior Site Supervisor to manage a Run and Maintain program. Candidates must possess dual API 510/570 certifications, preferably 5 years’ experience in run and maintain as a unit inspector or turnaround activities.

Proficient in quality management systems, processes, standards, inspection and test plans, non-conformance reporting, execution of key milestones, work schedules and quality issues. Candidates must be competent and knowledgeable in the application of current inspection codes.

Overall site roles and responsibility for all aspects of:
•Safety
•Quality
•Productivity
•Dispatching NDE personnel to cover all job assignments originating from client and contractors.
•Daily client contacts regarding all site matters.
•Attend required meetings with client on an as needed basis.
•Holding daily "tailgate" meetings with personnel.
•Daily updating, tracking and recording of performance and productivity of site personnel.
•Maintaining all site supplies and equipment, including control measures and inventory/stocking.
•Provide oversight and mentoring for all NDT personnel on site.
•Communication with the Division Operations Manager regarding client, personnel and equipment needs.
•Enforcing all company and site-specific safety requirements.
•Review and interpret plant drawings, P&ID's, ISO's etc.
•When required, walk down plant equipment with NDE personnel to assure proper inspection method(s) and location prior to inspection.
•Constant focus on improvement of service offering to client.
•Must possess the ability to make reliability focused and cost-effective recommendations for "Suitability for Continued Service" recommendations to the client.
