Summary: The Business Development Manager - Houston, TX-  will work with our managers to identify and develop new client sales by providing a realistic picture of value that can be realized from professional inspections to capital equipment in the refining and chemical industries. This position will report to the Houston Branch Manager
Qualifications:
„X	API certifications preferred, but not required 
„X	Develop new accounts by identifying potential clients and organizing sales calls
„X	Identify client requirements by establishing relationships with potential clients
„X	Prepare proposals based on discussions with clients, reviewing customer documents, and consulting with inspection managers
„X	Gain client proposal acceptance by communicating cost and operational benefits associated with using ATS inspection services
„X	Manage leads through our CRM system
„X	Maintain professional and technical knowledge and applicable certifications
„X	Considerable knowledge of Risk Based Inspections
„X	Sales or Business Development experience in the refining or chemical industries
„X	Industrial inspection, operations, or maintenance experience
Minimum Requirements
„X	API certifications preferred, but not required 
„X	Strong oral and written communication skills
„X	Strong organizational skills
„X	Ability to multi-task and work in a growing environment
„X	Ability to travel as required
„X	Solid sales background
„X	Experience developing sales strategies and developing new business
„X	Candidates will be drug-free and have a valid driver¡¦s license with a good driving record	 
Education: 
Associate¡¦s Degree or Business Degree in Business Administration or related field
