Setting up meetings with potential clients
Provide technical support to sales personnel
Meeting with existing clients tank inspection service
The expectation is to increase Versa Integrity Tank Services market share by min 35%.
Operational
Run and maintain current inventory tracking system
Delegate needed tasks to operate inventory tracking system
Distribute inventory tracking system to analyst and personnel
Responsibilities
Data Acquisition, Data Analysis, Job Coordination, Project Management, and Report Generation
Maintain a proper balance of personnel to achieve utilization goals
Assist other Operators, Project Manager, Division Manager and others in any capacity necessary
to conduct their duties.
Ensure that all of the crews under your supervision have the tools needed to perform their jobs in a safe, professional, and productive manner.
Interact directly on a daily basis with clients and employees to schedule jobs.
Involvement in sales presentations, marketing events, proposal writing, and generation of new clients and maintaining current customer relations.
Observe, assist, and report in initial and continuous training of Tank Division personnel.
Ensure that for every job performed, you have a project number and customer PO prior to mobilizing.
Ensure that all jobs are completed correctly and that all of the client’s expectations have been communicated and met.
Ensure that all of the client Field Tickets are completed full and correct prior to being turned in
Liaise with company sales representatives to identify and secure business opportunities.
Perform other such reasonable duties as requested by your direct supervisor.
Continue to advance in experience, training, certification, qualification, and responsibility.
Be punctual and maintain a positive attitude as well as a neat and clean appearance.
